During August 28- September 9,2007, the delegation headed by Mr. Chen Hua, Director General of CNAO' Foreign Funds Audit Center, had a study tour to Netherlands and Norway on the topic of " Performance Audit of Government Debts Funded Projects". They held meetings with the Audit Court of Netherlands , West Holland Foreign Investment Agency, Auditor General¡¯s Office of Norway, etc.

During September 12-28, 2007, Mr. Li Haibo, official from Shanghai Resident Office of CNAO participated in the International Training Course hosted by the National Audit Office of UK. He got professional studies in audit theories and practice on Financial Audit, Value-for-money Audit, etc.

During October 15-22, 2007, Mr. Wang Changsong, Director General of Economic and Trade Audit Department, CNAO, attended the 14th Annual Meeting of the INTOSAI Working Group on the Audit of Privatization (PWG ) held in Marrakech, Morocco. The agenda of the meeting included presentations on experiences in the audit of privatization, economic regulation and public/private partnership, discussion around the Working Group's future priorities and products, etc.
CNAO hosted a Sino-Indian Joint Seminar on Revenue Audit in Changchun China in September 12-14 2007. This is the 14th of such bilateral seminars which is held in turns by SAIs of China and Indian in their respective countries. The Indian delegation was led by Ms Mahua Charterjee, Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General. On the CNAO side, Mr Dong Dasheng, Deputy Auditor General participated in the seminar.
 
The Czech SAI delegation headed by President Frantisek Dohnal visited CNAO from September 23 to October 1, 2007. Mr Li Jinhua, Auditor General met President Dohnal in CNAO and the two heads of SAIs exchanged viewson a wide range of issues including public works audit and capacity building of SAIs. Apart from Beijing, the Czech delegation also visited Nanjing and Shanghai.
